Oral and Poster presentation guidelines

- Abstracts must be submitted in English using the oral and poster presentation template.

Each registrant is permitted to submit only one oral presentation abstract as presenting/first author. Abstracts will be considered only if the following guidelines are respected.

Abstracts (cannot be longer than 1 page), must be submitted electronically (Word format or other compatible file format) according to the template.

The file should be named as “Name_Surname.doc”, corresponding to the Presenting Author (first name).

When submitting your abstract, choose the most relevant topic related to your work.

One Figure or table will be accepted in the abstract and will be printed in black & white but coloured figure/table will appear in the electronic version of the Book of Abstracts.
